Taste of Yaletown is back for its 16th year of tastes, treats, sips and sights of the district. Every year, the festival showcases the very best of Vancouver’s chefs as they present a unique set of cuisine, tasting plates and pairings for a distinctive festival.
Taste of Yaletown embodies the connections that food creates, whether it be a connection with other people, dishes, cocktails, chefs or the ambience of a space. From October 16 – 26th, celebrate and savour Vancouver’s best dining district sure to tempt the most adventurous foodie.
ABOUT TASTE OF YALETOWN
For two weeks in October, Taste of Yaletown brings diners featured menus, special tastings and innovative pairings. You have the opportunity to select special offerings from participating restaurants, each with a special offering at $25 • $35 • $45 • $55.
1. Call or book your reservation with the participating restaurant of your choice.
2. Alternatively, enjoy your meal in the comfort of your home by ordering a take-out option.
3. Enjoy a meal that’s been carefully selected by that restaurant. Feel stress-free from cooking and cleaning. Let us take care of you.
WHAT’S DIFFERENT ABOUT TASTE OF YALETOWN THIS YEAR?
Yaletown restaurants recognize the challenges that 2020 has brought. We are aiming at providing an opportunity for everyone to take part in helping others in their community. In celebration of all things food, a donation will be given to The Greater Vancouver Food Bank. For every Taste of Yaletown special menu ordered (either dine-in or take-out), $1 will be donated to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank.
In addition, Taste of Yaletown is encouraging people to follow COVID-friendly practices and take their meals to-go by providing incentives to customers when they order a take-out option. For every Taste of Yaletown take-out order is made, the customer will receive a gift card of $5 as appreciation for supporting local businesses.
Since the debut of the dining festival, Taste of Yaletown has proudly donated over $115,000 in support of the Greater Vancouver Food Bank.
